With 25+ years of experience in technology, digital transformation, and business leadership, Pragnesh Shah is the Founder & CEO of TekAgility Systems Pvt. Ltd., driving the company’s vision to help organisations become more digital, agile, secure, and future-ready.

His expertise spans Digital & Transaction Banking, IT Consulting & Advisory, Generative AI, Cloud Transformation, Cybersecurity, Data & Analytics, Business Process Outsourcing, and Enterprise Technology Solutions. He has led and advised on complex transformation initiatives across Banking, BFSI, Enterprise, and PSU sectors, connecting technology innovation with measurable business outcomes, operational excellence, and regulatory requirements.

Prior to founding TekAgility, Pragnesh held leadership and technology roles with respected organisations including 3i Infotech, Nelito Systems (Tata Group), and Writer Information, gaining extensive experience in delivering large-scale technology and business transformation programmes.
